การส่งสินค้า

  • บริการส่งสินค้าฟรีทุกชิ้น
  • ส่งสินค้าในวันเดียวกันในกรณีที่มีการสั่งซื้อก่อนเวลา 14.00 น.
  • ส่งสินค้าผ่านระบบลงทะเบียน (EMS) ลูกค้าจะได้รับสินค้าภายใน 3 วันทำการ (2 วันทำการในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร)

ข้อตกลงในการคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้า

เงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า

  • กรณีสินค้าชำรุดเสียหายจากการผลิต: ท่านสามารถคืนสินค้าได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ภายใน 14 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า
  • กรณีต้องการเปลี่ยนสินค้า (เปลี่ยนไซส์/สี): ท่านสามารถเปลี่ยนได้ฟรี 1 ครั้ง (เฉพาะสินค้าสภาพใหม่ ยังไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน) ภายใน 14 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า
  • กรณีต้องการคืนสินค้าและขอรับเงินคืน: สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพใหม่ ยังไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน โดยต้องส่งคืนภายใน 14 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า ทางเรายินดีคืนเงินให้เต็มจำนวนภายใน 7 วันทำการ หลังจากที่บริษัทฯ ได้รับและตรวจสอบสินค้าเรียบร้อยแล้ว

  • Free shipping for all products.
  • Ship in the same day if order before 2pm.
  • Using EMS to deliver within 3 days. (2 days in Bangkok area)

Return and exchange policies

In case of manufacturing defects or damage:
You can return the product free of charge within 14 days from the date of receipt.

In case of product exchange (size/color change):
You can exchange the product for free one time (applicable only to products in brand-new, unused condition) within 14 days from the date of receipt.

In case of product return and refund:
The product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. We will issue a full refund within 7 business days after the company has received and inspected the product.
